Q: How far in advance will I need to place my order from the ATD Store?

A: You should order supplies at least one week prior to your Symposium. Allow 1-3 days for processing plus the time specified in the shipping option you choose when you place the order. Two day select shipping and other options are available. However, we can not guarantee the exact date your order will be shipped. Typically, orders ship within 1-3 days.

Q: How long will it take my order to get to me?

A: The turn around time between you placing your order and it shipping out to you is typically 24 hours, regardless of what shipping method and delivery speed you have selected for your order.

Q: Does The Pachamama Alliance operate the ATD Store?

A: No, the ATD Store is run by a third-party fulfillment house—there are now so many Symposiums that sending out all the materials Facilitators are requesting has surpassed the ability of our staff to handle all your requests in a timely way! It is our intention to make sure that this aspect of supporting Facilitators works well for all concerned.

Q: Are the packaging materials considered green?

A: We are using a fulfillment house to process orders and do not have control over the packaging materials that are used. Most of the materials are recycled/recyclable materials. However it is again at warehouse’s discretion to use other materials if these are not available. It should be noted that all USPS materials are USPS Green Authorized and are used for most all USPS shipments.
